Scopely rolled out Update 95 for Star Trek Fleet Command this month, headlined by Haven, a new planetary base system for Commanders at Ops 61 and above. The update's patch notes went live on September 17, followed by a spotlight on its new ship, the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae, on September 18. The release also brings a significant rework of Territory Capture and the return of Alliance Tournaments.
Haven is accessed through the Iconian Gateway, a structure players build on their Station after discovering an undiscovered star system tied to the Iconians. The Gateway generates Resonance Charge, a new currency used to acquire building shards and upgrade Haven's structures. Players start by deploying an Environmental Stabilizer to clear toxic fog and open space for construction, with a second Stabilizer available later to unlock more of the planet. Haven buildings come in four rarity tiers โ Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic โ and the higher tiers grant account-wide buffs covering G7 Station material and resource efficiency, G7 ship parts efficiency, and building and research speed. The Iconian Gateway itself can be leveled up to 10, with each level improving Resonance Charge output and unlocking more buildings for purchase in the Haven Store.
Alongside Haven, Update 95 introduces the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae, a ship built for Ops 61+ commanders focused on Territory Capture. The Kelcie Mae carries two standout abilities: Isogenite Prospector, which increases mining speed for raw Isogenite and Geodes, and Staying Power, which boosts damage and barrier strength when defending nodes. Its blueprints are distributed through the free track of the Territory Capture Battle Pass, meaning players will need to complete four full passes to fully unlock the ship.
Territory Capture itself received a broader overhaul in this update. Isogenite Geode spawn rates increased from 20% to 30%, larger Isogenite nodes were added across zones, and resource availability now follows spawn limits per resource type. Scopely also changed Territory Services to rotate monthly rather than quarterly and adjusted the Takeover schedule for what the studio describes as clearer progression paths for alliances competing over territory.
Update 95 arrived on the heels of Star Trek Fleet Command's five-day Star Trek Day celebration, which ran from September 8 through September 12 and marked 60 years of the Star Trek franchise with daily missions including "The Final Frontier," "The Great River," and "To Boldly Go." The update also brought back Alliance Tournaments and introduced the Stella Independent Archive, a new progression track offering milestone rewards and exclusive cosmetics.
For players below Ops 61, the direct impact of Haven and the Kelcie Mae will have to wait, but the Territory Capture changes and the returning Alliance Tournaments apply across the board. Scopely has also outlined plans for a new Dreadnought ship class later in 2026, aimed at system-level influence rather than direct ship-to-ship combat, suggesting Update 95's Territory Capture rework may be laying groundwork for that larger addition down the line.
